I can’t believe how many people think this site is CDearth no wonder like me you got scammed in the first place. I post this page on face book every now and then to warn people. But I still can’t believe PayPal allows them to put a link and pay through them. But if like me you paid with PayPal, dispute the charge and they will side with you because I know they have a long list of people doing so. If you used a credit card call the credit card company and tell them you did not authorize the payment. If they don’t tell you they will take it off then tell them to cancel your card then. If they don’t take it off you don’t want to do business with them in the first place. Maybe they will cancel your card and send you a new one if nothing else. Thanks for this site Veign IM glade to know I’m not the only one that got suckered into something because they used religion for their bate. To all of you that got scammed I feel for you as I have been scammed myself. I still have the crummy software but I plan on sending it back some day with a little bit some thing extra. But like them it is going to be as close to illegal as it can get with out going to jail for it. I hope they have already been shut down.

I got my money back from PayPal but I wish PayPal would not have let them take it in the first place. I hope some one that lives close to these jerks snaps and gives them what they deserve. How can they take your money out with out prier permission, it makes me wonder if they ever caused any ones bank account to bounce if that’s possible with a credit card with your bank linked to it. I wish I could send them every thing my cat leaves in the litter box. I pray that God gives them what they deserve before they die. The problem is now I will not use my credit card for anything unless I go buy one from Wal-Mart that is only good for the amount I put on it. Personally if I had the money I would pay them a visit myself because the one thing I believe in is you can do it to me but you’re never going to do it to anyone else! Not unless you can type with your nose.

I awoke this morning to receive an e-mail from PayPal which was a receipt for a payment $29.98 to CDEarth.

I’ve contacted PayPal, but as it’s o530 in the UK at the minute, I’ve heard nothing.

This is blatant theft, and I’m amazed that PayPal, with their self righteous attitude, even deal with a company like this.

My next step is the police!

This outfit lured me in with a bible study based program. I was billed 29.00 dollars after I emailed this outfit that I did not want their software they shorted my time to return it to fifteen days. I did not know they were going to send me any extra software that I would . They sent me software that was low grade and I already have software better than what they sent me and I can find free software better than what they sent me on the web.
I was really upset that they expected me to use my time and money to send back something I never wanted in the first place. I thank God I paid through paypal and was lucky I had the money in the bank to cover the $29.00 they took out of my paypal that caused a withdrawal from my bank account. My heart breaks every time I think of some one like my mom being charged that could possibly cause a bounce at her bank.. I hope they get shut down and warned if they start this type of deceptive practice again they will go to prison for a long time. If I could pay them a visit and tell them off in person I would.

I cancelled the CD Earth transaction last 12 Sept 2011, and the CD Earth Customer Service confirmed the cancellation via e-mail and to our dismayed another payment to our credit card was charge again posted today 28 October 2011. My husband called their Customer Service based in USA with this number 18667890369 just to get the money back for the unordered and unreceived CDs, the Customer Service simply said “we will just send you another set of CDs”. My husband said he just wants his money back and the Customer Service Representative put the phone on hold for a longer minutes then finally cut the call. NOW I REALIZED THAT THIS CD EARTH IS JUST A REAL BIG TIME SCAM! May their soul rest in peace.
