URL Shrtn lets you create a TinyUrl site
URL Shrtn is a free URL shortening and forwarding service - this script allows you to run your own site similar to tinyurl.com and other URL shortening services.
Not sure you will be able to compete with a site the magnitude of TinyUrl but who knows if you have an idea missing from TinyUrl.

But Glype URL Shrtn isnt there anymore. anyone know how to download it anyway?
GO to the link the author hs posted. Glype seems to have made it look like they have never heard what URL Shrtn is! because any 404 error takes you to the homepage. grr. frustrating! I
