Iconlet is an icon search engine that will return icons based on a keyword search. As of now the icons as pulled from various sources so licensing issues may pop up. So watch out and don;t just think you can grab the icons and use freely in your designs. Regardless, this is a great tool for any software developer or web developer (I use icons in design to make elements ‘pop’ on a page).
