Create the strangest Windows wallpaper ever seen

A member over at the DonationCoder forum pointed out a way to make some really strange Windows wallpaper by letting Windows do all the work.

The quick and dirty steps:

• Create a small 4 pixel (or multiple pixel) bitmap with each pixel being a different color
• Set that bitmap as your Windows wallpaper and let Windows stretch it
• The result is a psychedelic wallpaper when multiple (greater than 4) pixel images are used and a gradient if 4 pixels are used.
