Normalize the audio of your MP3 collection
I hate when I have a bunch of MP3 files all at different audio levels. That's where MP3Gain comes in and saves the day. What MP3Gain does is normalize the audio levels of all MP3 so they have the same audio level, from what we can hear.
While you're at it check out MediaMonkey is it provides this, and much more, functionality. This is a great freeware tool.

I am a very happy user of the paid version of Media Monkey. I have tried others since purchasing it and have never found anything better.
