PIXresizer - how could I forget

Image resizing, do it with PIXresizer: "PIXresizer is a photo resizing program to easily create web and e-mail friendly versions of your images with reduced file sizes."

Can't believe I forgot this one when I made my list since its loaded on my computer and I use it from time to time. Thanx Ron for reminding me of this one.
