I too have been cheated by this so called company. They have taken me for about $95.00 and I will be changing my credit card number. This type of deception be handled. What needs to happen is that a class act law suit should be brought against this company. Iam sure that we are just a few. I called twice already and I'm now holding on the line for someone to answer. I too got a rude customer service person. What can be done to get this company to be held accountable for what they are doing to people. How cold some one work for such a company and feel okay with themselves every day. I will be talking with my bank on monday. Finally I did speak with another customer service person and was told that I could keep the CD's and they would not charge me. I told her that I was sending them back anyway, and the reason is that the first CD's did not work they are out dated and not compatable with my compurter and can cause damage to your system, this is another reason that anyone thinking about getting anything from this company shouldn't. Believe me you will be sorry that you did. I told the customer person that I couldn't sleep at night if I did this to people. She stated that she sleeps will at night. I told her that I would be taking to a lawyer if I get one more charge on my account. And believe me I will find a way to get this information to the better business agency, and anyone else out there should do the same thing. Someone take advantage of by a company of theives.

I just found out I was ripped off, too, by their deceptive business practices. I will be sending back the CD's, contacting my lawyer, and also registering complaints with the appropriate agencies.
Everyone that has been "duped" by this company needs to do something... or they will keep doing it to other unsuspecting people.

They scammed me as well. I am told they charge $49.90 because it is juste below the $50 limit of liability on most credit cards and does not get over the credit card company horizon for "let's check this out." It takes complaints to make anything happen. If the amount in total were large enough they could be nailed for interstate commerce fraud by the feds. Unfortuniately the large enough value in close to one hundred thousand for the feds to be interested.
