I looked and looked for a solid PHP IDE (application to develop PHP webpages from within) and came across PHP Designer 2007. This application stood out with me because of its quick loading and clean, but customizable interface. There is really too many features to discuss here so just drop by the website and check it out for yourself – they also offer a free version (that I have been using).
