WebHostPlus/ Netbunch is a horrible hosting company
First a little background of how it came to be that I, and my clients, were hosted with Netbunch. I researched for a long time to find an affordable hosting company that offered me the ability to resell some of the space and provided a stable server with good support. Mesopia.com is what I had finally settled upon.
Mesopia.com was a great hosting company run by knowledgeable people that were there to answer any questions and resolve any problems. Mesopia at some point re-branded itself into Netbunch.com and acquired a couple more hosting companies to bring under its umbrella: Dr2.net and someone else I can't remember right now.
Netbunch.com, which was Mesopia.com, had some growing pains but their Windows Admin was always there to get problems resolved and answer any IM's I sent him. During this time there was down time, server issues, and control panel problems. But then again its not about locating a company that has no problems, its about locating a company that can handle issues when they come up and that's what the Mesopia / Netbunch did very well.
Sound good, right? Wrong. The trouble begins immediatly after Netbunch.com was bought out by WebHostPlus.com. (note: WebHostPlus is notoriuos for buying and destroying web hosting companies; read about what they did to 1planhost.com, managed.com, and of course Netbunch.com).
The problems I had, and many others, is ignoring trouble tickets for weeks on end, email going down for days and weeks with no reponse from tech support, lost access to the Plesk control panel again with no response from tech support. I used to call their 800# and talk to the Windows admin manager to try and beg to get things fixed. That isn't going to happen as they have blocked my area code from calling their 800#. The constant downtime, ignoring of trouble tickets, lies when you get them on the phone or through online chat, extremely poor management and just the fact that everyone has problems with them.
WebHostPlus.com / Netbunch.com / Managed.com / Dinix.com / 1planhost.com / Dr2.net should be avoided at all costs.
Ahhh. I feel much better now...

(I now have a virtual dedicated server with GoDaddy and have been very happy)

I just wish a would have read this a few weeks ago. Netbunch--which used to be a good webhost as dr2.net, mesopia, etc. Has lost all my data from 4 years of hosting. I am absolutly livid. STAY AWAY FROM NETBUNCH

Anyone know how I can cancel my account with customer support seemingly completely gone? I have things set up to bill my credit card once a year but if they survive, I don't want them auto-billing me again.

I would go into your online account manager and change all your billing information to junk. At least if the cancellation falls through your account information won't be valid which means a charge can't be placed.

I just got a terminated service email from them, those ^#@^%.
Whats worse is that cPanel's license has expired, those cheap bastards.
Please accept this letter as a Final notification of our intent to terminate service and for you to seek an alternative provider ASAP.
Netbunch is providing you with this notice to afford you the opportunity to obtain hosting services elsewhere.
This termination is not a result of any wrong doing on your part, but rather that Netbunch is ceasing all business operations at this time.
We are grateful for your dedication, business and continued support. We wish you all the best in your business endeavors and it was a pleasure serving you.
Yours truly,
Customer Care
