A very useful list of web tools

I checked out yet another list of web tools over at Protolize and was surprised at how many new and useful things I found. Already downloaded some cheat sheets at Tech Cheat Sheets, found a nice archive of pre-made web forms over at The Form Assembly, found a very extensive htaccess file creator, and a variety of PHP tools.
