Unstick that stuck file or folder

Ever try and delete a file or folder and get one of the following messages:

• Cannot delete file: Access is denied
• There has been a sharing violation.
• The source or destination file may be in use.
• The file is in use by another program or user.
• Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

I did just last night trying to clean a friends computer. Tried shutting down all applications and processes but could not find what was locking it. I searched Google and came across a pretty cool free tool called Unlocker. Simple to use and works like a charm.
