Using information that ClickTale makes available could be an invaluable resource in your web marketing. Right now they are in a closed beta so its unknown how eactly things work but I am very curious about this one. Hopefully a public beta will be made available soon.

I'm curious on how transparent it will be to the user of the website. Any hestitation or delay it causes would prevent many from even thinking of using this service.
