Open source Knowledge Base hits the mark

Knowledgebase Publisher is one of the best, if not the best, Knowledge Base applications around. I looked around for a long time and stumbled across this application. What is does is allow you to quickly and easily put up a knowledge base (kinda like the MSDN from Microsoft) on your website. This one is on its way to beating its commercial competitor.

Another thing that makes this application so good is the developer is quick to respond when asked for help and is actively developing it to make it better.

I just put up Horse911.com to test the application.
