These icons are not free. I was asked to pay when I set up an account. You can only access the crummy b&w icons unless you pay.
A much better source of icons would be the Silk collection at http://www.famfamfam.com
They are released with a Creative Commons license where you just have to give the artist some credit and a link back to his site. And they are a fantastic looking set!
