Its pretty easy to get caught up in designing for 98% of the user of a website by hitting the majors: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape. But don’t alienate the Safari users out there.

Windows users can test a website in Safari by using on of two services: iCapture (free), BrowserCam (not so free). BrowserCam goes so far beyond Safari that its not a bad choice to ‘finalize’ your design by signing up for a month of their service.

If you’re designing for Firefox there a pretty good chance it will work without issue in Safari but better to be safe than sorry.
