Another project being worked on at Microsoft Research. This one is something I have much interest in as it seems weekly I am sending out followup email asking clients if things had been received.

Email is an area where there can be much improvement. Just think of all the cool things that could be done with email besides eliminating spam without making things more of a burden on the sender.
