Sphere: A new kind of blog search?

Sphere says their "advanced search algorithm helps you discover high-quality, relevant, and timely blog posts that match what you're looking for.". Did a quick comparison between Sphere and Google's Blog Search (or Blogger Search) and its not as fresh as they say. The other blog searches produce results that have been posted within hours where as Sphere is producing results from 1 to several days old.

I searched for UMPC as the test phrase.
