Copyscape will search the web for pages that match the page you submit. What it does is a word comparison to determine if pages appear to be plagiarized from the submitted page. This makes is so easy to see if and who is ripping off your work.Link:

As great as copyscape is, I feel the needs to recommend you have a look at Google Alerts (http://www.google.com/alerts) as it can search for copies of your work daily and email you when new ones are found. The only trick is picking the phrase you want to look for, just remember that Google can handle up to 32 words in a single search.
