A better list of web 2.0 applications
This list of web 2.0 is better than the previous one I posted. The addition of the thumbnails is a nice touch, even though they are a bit small. Be sure to click on the thumbnail to get a slightly larger image and a brief description.

Chris I have really been doing some of my thinking on this matter of Web 2.0 and what validates a site to be classified as a Web 2.0. Wikipedia gives this:

And I ran across this validator but still would like your input if possible.

For me it really comes down to these two basic points.
1) Utilizes Ajax in its UI. I think this is the most important and basic feature that all web 2.0 applications must have.
2) Has a styling that is more inline with the current trend for website design.
I think if you create a website that has those two points then you can be called a web 2.0 site.
Thats just my opinion. I know others will state that its needs to be controlled, populated, or supported by the users in some way (like Digg or Flickr).
