How To: Print multiple Word documents at once
Mar 14
Just because I had a need so I thought I would share it.
- Setup your default printer to how you want all documents to print. This includes which printer will be used, what the quality will be, blah..blah…..blah
- Navigate to the folder where the documents are located. For ease they should all be in the same folder.
- Select the documents by either using Shift-Click or Ctrl-Click or Ctrl-A.
- With the documents selected right-click and choose Print
- Printing should begin – the more you have to print the more bogged down your system will appear.
That’s it.
