you only get viruses and trojans if you download executable files (.exe) remember anyone can post anything because its open sharing, so if you stick to movies and music and pics you dont get any crap. also, if you do download .exe files, before opening them, simply quickly scan them with your anti-virus.

i know a better way, just go to http://www.limewire.com
then click download, then click download pro, then click already bought pro,then finally enter b@b.net and voila download it from there.
remember that is limewires original web site so there aint any viruses
