Download Paradise is doing it ALL wrong

Download Paradise has a Terms & Conditions that couldn't be any worse (see snippets below). Why, you may ask, am I posting this? Well, to protect software developers (like myself) from companies who are trying to take advantage of the hard work they put into their applications.

"You also grant us, our affiliates, and our business partners a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publicly display, publish, publicly perform, digitally perform, sublicense, transfer, sell and create derivative works of the materials, including but not limited to software products, that you submit and subsequent versions of such work for any purpose..."

You're kidding right?

"You understand and agree that Download Paradise may modify your distribution package to include additional software of its own choosing upon installation."

How dare you!
