No thanks. Seems like you are just trying to ride on top of the Pixel craze. You are really offering nothing new that I couldn't get from Google ads or one of the many other adsense type programs.
The negative I see in yours is you are pushing images down the pipe to the website. Alot of webmasters (hate that word) will see this as a reason to not place yours ads.
Also, you have only been open since Oct 2005 so you are a bit too green..
Good luck, but none for me...
