CCleaner is one of the best cleaners I have come across

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history.

Ran the Internet cleaning part last night and it cleaned somewhere around 80,000 files. This is after I used the Options from within IE to remove all files, cookies, and history. That's alot of crap left over.

I cleaned things in a very systematic way and examained everything before removing. This tool does a great job at identifying problems. This tool is so good we may even see it on The Great Software List someday (Zaine?).
